该项目是集住宅、商业、地下车库为一体的大型商业综合体，本次采用BIM技术主要进行了建筑模型搭建，错综复杂的外立面构件以及复合式人流动线分析，通过可视化模型使设计方案显得更为直观。
This project is large-scale commercial multifunctional buildings composed by residence, commerce and underground garage. Utilizing BIM technology to build models, analyse the complex external walls and line of people flow,making design more intuitive through visual models.
